This is easy. Sort of. Think Nest thermostat. But that one only measures temperature in the hallway, just like a traditional one.
- Now put a temperature and humidity sensors in every room
- .. maybe a few in every room.
- Identify the temperature of the walls, not just air temp.
- See what’s going on in ventilation pipes? Temperature, pressure.
- What about air quality – VoC ppm, CO2, etc.
Collect as much data as you can to make the fullest possible picture. Learn, analyze, make conclustions.
